These terms and conditions set forth the terms and conditions under which World Gym Albury (ABN 69 669 282 928) of 877 Mate Street, North Albury, NSW, 2640 (World Gym Albury, we, us, The Promoter) will operate the Creating Healthy Habits MG3 Excite Giveaway (The Competition). Below is Information on how to enter, details of the prize and the details associated and how to participate. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Trade Authorisation:

   This competition is authorised under NSW Trade promotions Authority. NSW Permit: APP-0014206380
   

3. The Prize:
   The winner of this promotion will win ONE (1) MG3 Excite VIN: LSJWP4U9XRZ290342 vehicle valued at $26,990. This Prize also includes Stamp Duty and 12 months registration. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other option.

4. Promotion Period:
   The World Gym Albury “Creating Healthy Habits - MG3 Excite Giveaway” commences at 12.01 am Thursday 2 January 2025 and ends at 5:00 pm Monday 31 March 2025 (the Competition Period).
   
   

5. Eligibility:
   To be eligible to enter the promotion entrants must:

   1. Be a member of World Gym Albury and over 18 years of age.

   2. Join World Gym Albury during the Competition Period

   3. Be a Fitness Passport Member before the Competition Period (Fitness Passport Members who join during the Competition Period will not be eligible for the Join to Win entries.

   4. Exclusions: Employees, Ex Employees of 12+ Months, contractors, and their immediate families of World Gym Albury, World Gym National passport members or fitness passport members not local to Albury/Wodonga area are not eligible to enter.
      

6. How to Enter:

During the Competition Period there are multiple ways to earn entries into the Competition. 

1. World Gym Albury Members and Fitness Passport Members: 

   1. Train at World Gym Albury and earn five (5) entries into the draw for every visit (capped at 2 visits per day).

   2. Refer a Friend/s and for every friend that joins World Gym Albury, you will earn fifty (50) entries into the draw.

   3. Spend in World Gym Albury - earn one (1) entry for every $10 spent at World Gym Albury in reception on retail products.

2. Join World Gym Albury on a 12 month Home Membership, 12 month National Passport Membership or a 18 month Home Membership (This excludes Fitness Passport) and earn 100 entries into the draw.
   

7. Entry Submissions:

Entries will be tracked through World Gym Albury’s internal systems, linked to membership, referral and purchase history.

8. Prize Draw:

The winner will be drawn at random on Saturday 12 April 2025, 11.30 am, at World Gym Albury, 877 Mate Street, North Albury, NSW, 2640.

9. Winner Notification:

   The winner will be notified via phone and email within two business days of the draw - via the details which are in the winners World Gym Albury Membership. The winner’s first name and suburb will be published on World Gym Albury’s social media channels. It will be published on the website once claiming the prize has been confirmed.

10. Claiming the Prize:
    The winner must accept claim to the prize within seven (7)  business days of being notified.
    The winner must present a photo ID when accepting the handover of the prize.
    

11. Unclaimed Prize Draw:
    If the if prize is not claimed by the successful winner after 7 business days, a redraw will be made on Saturday 26 April, 11.30 am at World Gym Albury, 877 Mate Street, North Albury, NSW, 2640.
    The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within seven days.
    The winner of the re-draw details (last name, first initial, postcode) will be published on  World Gym Albury’s social media channels. It will be published on the website once claiming the prize has been confirmed.
    

12. Promotion of the winner or redraw winner:

The winner (or redraw winner) agrees to public announcements via social media, email marketing and advertising once they have been drawn

13. Use of Personal Information:

By entering the competition, participants consent to their personal information being used for promotional purposes by World Gym Albury, including announcing the winner.

14. General: 

    1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process.

    2. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State regulation.

    3. Photographs and imagery of the Prize are used for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual prize. 

    4. The competition is not endorsed or sponsored by any other parties. 

    5. World Gym Albury’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
       

15. Motor Vehicle General:

    1. Prices include GST and are based on recommended retail values that are correct at the time of publishing and may be subject to change.

    2. The winner must receive the prize in Australia and must be collected by the prize winner within 7 days of the car being available.

    3. It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the dealership. Any delivery or transfer costs outside of the inclusions if required, will be at the winner’s expense.

16. Liability

    1. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of this competition or the use of the prize.

    2. All taxes and liabilities associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

    3. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any future on road costs, operating costs such but not limited to insurance, petrol, or warranty claims associated with the prize.
       

17. Acceptance of Terms
    By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
    
    

18. Amendments:

The promoter reserves the right to amend or modify the Competition Terms and Conditions without notice.
