Absolutely legendary place to train, and all the staff members are super friendly and helpful. Overall Coffs Harbour is lucky to have a gym that really goes out of there way to support the local community!
Amazing facilities, tons of machines, easy and quick application, warm in the winter, all around a great gym.
Gym and other facilities are great. Very convenient location.Classes though are few and modest- yoga is relaxation only, zumba is only the name, more for seniors. Also , it is a closed warehouse, therefore no fresh air or natural light.
