I love World Gym Lambton! Excellent complimentary session with Bleydis. I have low bone density so she created a programme specific to helping strengthen my bones then guided me through the exercises. I'm enjoying my workouts. Good facilities. All the staff are friendly and helpful. 10-min walk from home. 😄
