Great gym with everything you need! The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. One of the things I appreciate the most as a mom is the creche — it’s such a relief to know that my child is being looked after in a safe, fun environment while I get my workout in. I have had an ongoing issue with my passport membership which one gym could fix. Went to Mount Gravatt world gym and Kate fixed the issue within and hour excellent customer service.

I visited World Gym for the day while in town and was really impressed with the overall experience. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference in how comfortable I felt working out there. Everything from the workout areas to the equipment itself was tidy and organized — clearly, the staff take pride in keeping the place in top shape. One of the standout features for me was the changing rooms. They were spacious, modern, and spotless, with plenty of lockers and showers available. It’s not always something you find in every gym, so it was a definite plus. Even though I was just a day visitor, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Sometimes you expect to be treated like just another passerby, but that wasn’t the case here. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. It really added to the positive atmosphere of the gym. Overall, World Gym made a great impression on me. If I were a local, this would definitely be my go-to place to train. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with great customer service.

Amazing gym! Great staff and Mira is such a good PT for myself. As an overweight person I always felt uncomfortable going to gym alone but with Mira's coaching it has been positive experience. Such friendly and welcoming staff every time I walk in.
