Came into the gym to use the sauna and ice bath it was such a great experience for me from the get go the ladies at front counter tia and Lauren are lovely the gym has a lot of equipment and the pricing is very fare compared to other places...
The gym itself is very good — great equipment, clean environment, and overall a nice place to work out. Most of the staff are also friendly and supportive, which really adds to the experience.
The gym is big with a lot of equipment and amenities at a respectable price. Sometimes the gym can be super busy and people are all trying to jump on the same machines. Not too sure what the gym could do to curve the peak times so it's not such...
