World gym rouse hill has amazing staff, particularly the young girl Brianna who was so lovely at the front counter. Brianna made signing up for the gym super easy. She was so helpful and explained everything without making it feel complicated. Honestly, she made the whole process way less intimidating.
Awesome gym with awesome staff, specifically Brianna. She was so friendly and welcoming as I walked in, she took me around the gym and she offered to help me understand the equipment better as it was my first time joining a gym! Very lovely girl :)
