Clean and spacious gym with a huge range of sups. It has a pilates room, a sauna and a big functional fitness area, which is great. Josey the manager is so bubbly and the whole team is super friendly!
From the moment I started, the staff here were super helpful. Coming from a much smaller gym (I practically never went), the wide range of machines was overwhelming at first, but Josey was happy to help me out and also recommend some great supplements to kick start my journey.
